NPC offers a wide range of planning relates services including the preparation and lodgement of town planning applications, bushfire management statements, strategic planning amendments and VCAT advocacy.

NPC was established in 2007 in response to a demand for Planning Consultancy services on the Mornington Peninsula and beyond. The company has grown to become the busiest Town Planning Consultancy on the Mornington Peninsula, however NPC also assists clients with planning matters throughout all Municipalities in Victoria.

Our three full time Planning Consultants are based in Mornington, however meetings can also be arranged by appointment off site.
